Change Your Mind?
If something is not right or simply change your mind, do not worry, we are happy to accept a return for refund or exchange subject to the following conditions.
- The merchandise must be returned within 14 days from receipt of your order together with the proof of purchase.
- The merchandise must NOT be worn, altered, washed, or used in its original condition with tags, labels, bags, and boxes intact.
- Returns of swimwear will be accepted only if the protective gusset and labelling have not been removed.
- Returns of underwear, hosiery, and lingerie can not be accepted for hygienic reasons.
- The customer is responsible for a return shipping cost.
Once we receive your returned merchandise complying all the conditions, we will immediately process your refund. After deducting shipping cost and restocking fee from the original merchandise price, the rest will be refunded to your original payment option.
You may exchange your purchase for a different size or color of the same merchandise if all conditions are met. Although the restocking fee is waived, we charge additional shipping cost.
If you receive a wrong or defect merchandise, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange without incurring additional shipping cost and restocking fee.
You may also request for a store credit instead of a refund or exchange. Although the restocking fee is waived, you are still responsible for a return shipping cost.
The store credit bears no expiration, and you may use it partially or as a whole in conjunctions with promotions and deals.
We may take 10 to 14 business days to process your return and exchange.
