Order Fulfillment
We do our very best to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. Available merchandise, in our inventory, is usually shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and all orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday are usually shipped on next business day before 4 p.m. local time.
Merchandises shipped from our vendors in Italy and France takes longer (5-7 business days) depending on their shipping policies. In all cases you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

We utilize one of the following carriers to deliver your order:

- City-Link Express

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Cost
The shipping charge for your order is based on value of your purchase and your location. Shipping cost is calculated and final total price will be shown before your order is completed.
Back Order
If a merchandise is unavailable, we will ship a part of your order that is in stock and ship the rest when they become available. There is no additional shipping charge for partial shipment.
Change Your Mind?
If something is not right or simply change your mind, do not worry, we are happy to accept a return for refund or exchange subject to the following conditions.
Return Conditions
- The merchandise must be returned within 14 days from receipt of your order together with the proof of purchase.
- The merchandise must NOT be worn, altered, washed, or used in its original condition with tags, labels, bags, and boxes intact.
- Returns of swimwear will be accepted only if the protective gusset and labelling have not been removed.
- Returns of underwear, hosiery, and lingerie can not be accepted for hygienic reasons.
- The customer is responsible for a return shipping cost.
Refund
Once we receive your returned merchandise complying all the conditions, we will immediately process your refund. After deducting shipping cost and restocking fee from the original merchandise price, the rest will be refunded to your original payment option.
Exchange
You may exchange your purchase for a different size or color of the same merchandise if all conditions are met. Although the restocking fee is waived, we charge additional shipping cost.
Manufacture Defect
If you receive a wrong or defected merchandise, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange without incurring additional shipping cost and restocking fee.
Store Credit
You may also request for a store credit instead of a refund or exchange. Although the restocking fee is waived, you are still responsible for a return shipping cost.
The store credit bears no expiration, and you may use it partially or as a whole in conjunctions with promotions and deals.
Processing Time
We may take 10 to 14 business days to process your return and exchange.
